Located in Marysvale, Utah (elev. 5,800’), at the heart of the
famous Paiute ATV Trails, these properties are located off
Historic Highway 89 which is the northern entrance to So. Utah’s National Parks – Zion & Bryce Canyons. Marysvale,
rich with mining history, is located at the base of the Tushar Mountain Range and has resurged with ATV and Park tourism
over the past ten years. The area also boasts numerous outdoor
adventures such as rafting the Sevier River, hunting and fishing, horseback riding, hiking
and independent mining.

maintenance.
Weber’s Grill is attached to the Motel and fully equipped. With indoor
